Stepper works best in suitable closed shoes with enough internal room. Shoes with a removable original liner are usually easier to fit. Always compare the shape and available space before trimming.
Should I remove my current insole?
If your shoe’s original liner is removable, take it out and use it as your trimming guide before replacing it with Stepper. Avoid stacking insoles if the shoe becomes tight or your heel no longer sits securely.
How do I trim it?
Place your removable shoe liner over Stepper, align the heels and trace the toe shape. Trim only a little at a time from the toe area, then test the fit. Keep the heel shape intact unless the product guide clearly says otherwise.
What is the difference between Men and Women?
Men and Women are separate fit options with different sizing and proportions. Choose the option that matches the size guide on the product page, then compare it with your shoe’s removable liner before trimming.
